This is small compared to the size I usually paint. My background is painting, not photography ;) Although I work a lot with photography lately. its 150cm X 200cm. Not so big.

You saw my big one, remember at the e11even graduation show? The big portrait of the old woman, that huge box that people walk into.

I've been painting now seriously for 9 years. Many canvases have been abused by me. LoL. btw the red images with the girl standing in front of them are paintings not photographs. Here: [link]

i saw two big umm lets as u say "not so big, haha" paintings n ur gallery now.

but if u have that type of artworks, why u never showed me before? Even in tashkeel, i did not see ur artworks? ..

anyways, .. i wanna show my artworks with yours.. lets run exhibition, ..

I'm too busy running Tashkeel now. Not ready for an exhibition showing my own works, I don't have enough new. I don't like to repeat myself in exhibitions. I want to look at my artwork with fresh eyes without thinking about an audience, and create works with a message, new and fresh. Inshallah in the summer I will have time to re-evaluate what I am doing. I always try to re-invent myself in my artwork at this time.

I haven't shown my work in Tashkeel. I don't think I ever will. At Tashkeel I don't want to promote my own work. I'd rather promote other artists works. Its strange for me to show at Tashkeel, its like revealing my heart to an audience. Very strange feeling. I'd rather do that in another gallery.

The biggest one I did is not in the deviant art gallery although I m uploading it now.

Thanx prongs. I'm playing around with more colors in it at the moment. I completely changed the background and added more tones and shades on the skin and veil.

not now, i mean we can plan something for 5 months ahead or more.

i understand why u cannot exhibit ur self at tashkeel, but still u can have one. but if u don't want, we can run one at ductact.

me waiting ur next artwork ..uploading.. :excited:
